All prices start from one number: the regular service rate for your property.

The example below is for a standard tenement flat — 7 or 8 windows, outside only.

Actual prices vary with the number of windows and which floor you’re on. Use this as a guide.

Regular service (8 weeks or less) — 100%

£35

Your cheapest rate. Ongoing cleans booked every 8 weeks or sooner.

First clean or one-off — 150–175%

£52.50–£61.25

Windows that haven’t been done recently take extra time, so the first visit costs more.

Next- day service — 200%

£70

It disrupts regular work and takes more time fitting work in at short notice so the price is a bit higher.

Same-day service — 250%

£87.50

Same as above but even more short notice.

Regular customers…

We discount the 4th clean so the higher first-clean cost is spread out over four visits.Need an exact figure? Tell us how many windows you have and which floor — we’ll quote you properly.
